Shipping policy

We ship packages on the same day as order placed, using United States Postal Service & FedEx using two day delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. You must notify us within 10 days from the date of your order if you did not receive your package.
